Current Missional CommunitiesAt Zion we value community. In fact, we see community as an essential part of our faith. God exists as Father, Son and Holy Spirit. That means that God Himself lives in community.
We are made in God's image and part of that image includes community. Followers of Jesus are meant to represent Him to the world around us. We do that best in community, not as individuals. Living together in community goes beyond gathering together on Sunday mornings (as important as those times may be!). It means caring for one another throughout the week. It means praying for one another. It means being a part of one another's life. It also means seeking to invite others to join our Jesus-centered family. We believe it isn't enough just to say that we value community. Instead, we're trying to live it out in what we call Missional Communities. These communities gather on a weekly basis for prayer, bible study and to figure out ways to bless our city. Why not get involved in a Missional Community and discover more about what it means to follow Jesus? ![]() Due to the ongoing COVID-19 Pandemic, our Play Pals ministry is not currently meeting. Watch for updates about when we'll start meeting again!
